Space Availability - Chambers Building

Room Reservation Policies

  • Study rooms may be reserved in half-hour increments for a maximum of 3 hours per day, per user.

  • Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.

  • Students may only make reservations in their name; reservations cannot be made for other students.

  • Check-in is required once you arrive at your room. Your reservation will expire if you do not check in within 15 minutes of your reservation start time.

  • To check in, view your confirmation email from alerts@mail.libcal.com, which provides instructions for checking in with a check-in code.

  • Unoccupied study rooms may be used on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that you may be asked to leave if someone with a reservation arrives.

  • If you no longer need the study room you requested, please cancel your reservation using the link in the confirmation email.

  • Unattended personal property may not be used to hold a room and may be removed by library staff.

 

The library reserves the right to cancel a booking that does not comply with these policies.
